Privacy Policy

Account information: When you register, we collect your username and a securely hashed password. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Floor plan data: Rooms, symbols, dimension lines, and floor configurations you create are stored in our database to provide cloud sync and version history.

Export history: When you export a plan, metadata about the export (format, timestamp) is recorded. Exported files are stored temporarily in cloud storage for download.

Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage metrics such as page views and feature usage to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.

To provide the TinyFloorPlan service: storing your projects, syncing data across devices, enabling collaboration, and processing exports.

To authenticate your account and manage sessions using secure JSON Web Tokens (JWT).

To enforce access control through role-based permissions (Owner, Editor, Viewer) on shared projects.

To improve the product by analyzing anonymized, aggregated usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information or floor plan data to third parties.

Floor plan data is shared only with collaborators you explicitly invite or grant access to via share links.

We may use third-party cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS S3) to store exported files. These providers are bound by their own data protection agreements.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage.

Sessions are managed with signed JWT tokens.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Database access is restricted to authorized application services.

Your account and project data are retained as long as your account is active.

Floor snapshots (version history) are retained for the lifetime of the project.

Exported files are stored in cloud storage and may be periodically cleaned up. You can re-export at any time.

If you delete your account, your personal data and owned projects will be permanently removed.

You can access, update, or delete your account information from the dashboard.

You can delete projects and their associated data at any time.

You can revoke share links and remove collaborators from your projects.
