Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TinyFloorPlan. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TinyFloorPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of service
TinyFloorPlan is a web-based floor plan editor that allows users to draw rooms, place symbols, add dimension lines, collaborate with others, and export plans in multiple formats (PNG, PDF, DXF, SVG). The service includes cloud storage, autosave, version history, and project sharing features.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use TinyFloorPlan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. User content
You retain ownership of all floor plans, symbols, and other content you create using TinyFloorPlan. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TinyFloorPlan to upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Collaboration and sharing
When you share a project, you grant the invited collaborators access according to their assigned role (Owner, Editor, or Viewer). You are responsible for managing access to your projects. Share links with expiration dates will automatically revoke access when expired.
7. Exports and storage
Exported files are temporarily stored in cloud storage for download. We do not guarantee permanent storage of exported files; you should download exports promptly. Project data is retained as long as your account is active.
8. Intellectual property
TinyFloorPlan, including its code, design, logo, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the TinyFloorPlan team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application itself. The symbol libraries provided within the editor are licensed for use within the service only.
9. Limitation of liability
TinyFloorPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your personal data and owned projects. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TinyFloorPlan will be resolved in accordance with the governing jurisdiction.
